Importation en masse des fichiers .TSP

Fabien 5 jaar geleden in Metrology Software / TubeShaper bijgewerkt door neil kay 4 jaar geleden 0

Cordialement

Fabien

varied audible feedback tones with tube shaper

Chip / Hydrasource 5 jaar geleden in Metrology Software / TubeShaper bijgewerkt door neil kay 4 jaar geleden 1

When inspecting tubes there should be different tones for successful measurement instead of failed measurement.  There should also be different tones for first scan versus second scan on each straight.   Most important - there should be a different tone when measuring ends - unique from straight 1/2 pass fail.   Again indicating success or fail of attempted tube end scan.   YES there are different tones already so different tones are available - but those varied tones don't associate with desired function.

when i do an alignement PLP , the nominal of the cercle taken from CAD , is changed to X=0 Y=0 Z=0 then I have another nominal in my CAD. so my origin isn't the same but I want my origin in the same place.

This would help with our customers to better understand our data and our benders to understand what adjustments need to be made in process.

LRA Errors must be displayed in Red

Holger 6 jaar geleden in Metrology Software / TubeShaper bijgewerkt door neil kay 4 jaar geleden 1

Measured value exceeding the specified tolerance will

only be displayed in XYZ and T1 MP T2 "red" displayed.

Finding errors in LRA is very tedious and error prone,

especially if the pipe has many straights.

2 or more pipes in TS within a project

Holger 6 jaar geleden in Metrology Software / TubeShaper bijgewerkt door neil kay 4 jaar geleden 1

It should be possible to enter and manage 2 or more pipes in TS within a project.

This is important for tubes with ring pieces or assemblies.

Since the function of TubeShaper goes beyond the pure curved tube,

it is not clear to the customer why this is not possible.
