I think it would be great to have the Name of the active "Marked Set" in an easily accessible variable in PCDMIS.

We often have Short and Lonv versions of routines. If that would be possible, one might have 2-3-4... marked Sets extracting the Name of the set from the variable to print it into the report...

For now You'd have to make for every marked Set something like MarSet = "Long Version" and mark it only in Long Version and so on...

Make that we can specify our own location where to save excel form report (other disk or network location). As I understand, now it has to be saved under users/public/etc. I is anoying to copy thoose files to our specific location on the disk. 

Graphic analysis should go more intuitive. especially in tool rooms, If I want to analyze the measured data of profile for example and with results showing OOT, I should be in a position to know the "area of improvement" which is the sole purpose of inspection. The graphic analysis should allow the user to have dynamic interaction under "administrator" ONLY privileges.  So, I should be in a position to remove the point or area of interest to check if the parts become OK or not ok directly in GDW. This capability should be available for all material inspections like PROFILE, FORM, and Hexagon can add whatever in addition on top of this. I also want to see the DATUM SHIFT just like a table being represented graphically and showing red/green in graphic and available tolerance after datum shift in green forex. This will help design cost reduction analysis and avoid unnecessary tolerance stack-ups or unwanted addition to feature tolerances graphically.  also, it should be dynamically updatable once the datum modifiers are removed in GDW AND HELPS THE product designer to make a decision. This is the next step in metrology software where the industries are heading for and I hope Hexagon wins the race here to differentiate PC-DMIS from other software.

Just like a PEEK window in a Summary mode, I would like to see the PEEK window for the CAD model. For example - When I hover a mouse over a CAD model and it is especially useful when I have measured lots of features in CAD and I don't want to switch to the summary mode and don't want to have labels or diminfo. ON to see some results, just hovering the mouse should display RESULTANT's ( diameter, XY info. , Height, Major/Minor dia, etc.) ONLY. based on current alignment for coordinate info. This will be very useful just like id's being showed up when hovering the mouse.

As of now, the PEEK window is like a black & white TV. :).  It should be more colorful and a have good visual appearance.

I want to see THEO's, ACTL, in different colors (may be color setting)? and also resultants (diam, height, major/min dia's of Cone for example.), etc. in a different color. 

The new Summary mode is Great!!!, Many of my customers like it here in Australia. I would like to see PC-DMIS having sort options that automatically sorts the MR based on commands and dimensions, For Ex - I might have added dimensions after each feature and I want all to go after features or end of the program. Similarly, there may be times where I would look for dimensions to go and add at the end of features.  Basically, all the analysis views, dimensions, features, etc. should be available for sorting NOT the MOVES and the way the program was written. An optimized path function should be allowed to take care of this. This request is basically for features, dimensions, analysis commands, constructed features ( at the end forex), and for commands which are not affecting the movement of the machine. This should work for all legacy programs as well.

Secondly, the reporting should get updated automatic based on the sorting in the summary window and also it should work for all legacy programs written in older versions - As a 3rd request - if I want to add CAD view for the corresponding dimensions, there should be an option where the CAD views are added based on CAD normal to dimension views instead of me taking Snaps and looking for view sets and add images. I am not sure if this can be a separate request, but, this is how we want to see. automatic and reduce more effort in programming. anyway, thanks for making summary mode neater.

There are many applications which are not gears which do have similar tooth profile like gears (elliptical, trapezoidal, hypocycloid etc.). I recently used PC-DMIS CAD++ for proving a similar type application which is not involute or straight profile and having trapezoid and elliptical tooth. Just like any other part, paste with the pattern was used a lot in this programming and it worked awesomely. I am looking for something similar in Quindos CAD AS WELL as the customer is using Quindos CAD and it would help existing Quindos customers. As we know parametric programming is difficult in Quindos , at-least, I want to see paste with pattern like pc-dmis in quindos. (wrist has to patterned automatic like pc-dmis) along with all other pasted commands like dimensions, analysis windows etc,

Please make bigger dialog window for column placement messages for Fixturing (Five U-Nique)
