Set the limit angle value to measure 180° bends

Today, 180° bends require additionnal point when the angle is higher than 178° (?).
This limit value should be editable (tupe inspectionsettings) to be able to operate the same way on slightly smaller angles (175° for inst.).

It will be useful to open this possibilities also for a all angles like an option. Also when the angle is very short (5º degrees for exmple).
