(Un)marking of move points

Currently, when I unmark feature for execution, the MOVE POINT gets unmarked as well (Even though there is an IF statement and a comment) = Mark

This led to big machine crash recently. Make it available for user to toggle, how PC-DMIS acts. E.g. when I want to unmark a feature=just the feature gets unmarked, nothing else.
