Step by step activation of angles

Boris 4 jaar geleden in Hardware / Coordinate Measuring Machines 0

Hello.

It would be usefull for adjusting new programs if there would be a feature where I as a programer could click on icon and after that all angles in program wount execute until I press on joystick of 3D CMM ok. Different explanation. If I have for example 10 angles in program. I would click on icon in toolbar or press some keyboard shortcut and every angle would need step by step confirmation with joystick or also with some shortcut.

Turn off machine servos function

Al Metzel 8 jaar geleden in Hardware / Coordinate Measuring Machines bijgewerkt door neil kay 5 jaar geleden 0

A function to allow the program to turn off the machine servos would be very useful as operators often forget to do so when exiting an inspection program. This was an option in MeasureMax.

Probe head B angles only

Bill Kulpa 5 jaar geleden in Hardware / Coordinate Measuring Machines bijgewerkt door neil kay 5 jaar geleden 0

This is a hardware request only.

I'd like to have a probe head with only B angles for rotation of star probes.

Motorized probe magazine

Bill Kulpa 5 jaar geleden in Hardware / Coordinate Measuring Machines bijgewerkt door ALBERT706 4 jaar geleden 4

Develop a motorized probe magazine much like every machining center has.

That way it could be mounted in the dead space at the end of the Y axis of most machines.

When a probe change is needed PC-DMIS would move the machine to a predetermined point for that port, the port would extend to the Z rail and unload or load a new probe. This would allow better use of the measuring envelop and enable use of that dead space at the end of the machine.

Automatic sensor in probe changer

Bill Kulpa 7 jaar geleden in Hardware / Coordinate Measuring Machines bijgewerkt 2 jaar geleden 1

Have a proximity switch or LVDT in the probe changer to automatically tell PC DMIS which docking ports that have probe assignments are empty.
