Ability to create a pattern from a specified XYZ location & relative to a specified workplane instead of just the ORIGIN

PC DMIS 2021.1 will give us the ability to create a pattern from a specified XYZ instead of JUST the origin!

As far as I know, the functionality of the command will still be driven by the current workplane command.
