BUILT IN PROFILOMETER, VIA SPECIAL TIP TO READ SURFACE ROUGHNESS. CMM IS VERY SENSITIVE TO DEVIATIONS I THINK IT CAN MEASURE SURFACE ROUGHNESS.

I think this would work, but you would need a scanning head a touch probe won't cut it.
YES ,I HAVE A PH10M SCANNING HEAD WHICH WORKS AWESOME.

It doesn't mount to a PH10M unfortunately
