EXCEL FILES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SAVED AT THE SAME LOCATION WITH PDF FILES
every time to save pdf file, an associated excel file will be saved at the exactly same location with exactly the same name as pdf file. right now, it doesn't happen this way and take so much time to save excel files because it not follow the same location as pdf and the name is the different. by having the same name and location as pdf file when saving, it helps a lot for running with a lot of parts or even one part.

Try new Excel Form Report in PC-DMIS. This feature allows you to save your excel file in folder of your choice.
To add this command, Select Insert Report Command - Excel Form Report.
Help will give you lot of information on how to use it.
my suggestion is there should be a "check" so Excel file must go after pdf files at the same location. now it not works as it should be. it takes sometimes to set it up. if you are lucky, Excel and pdf go together that the same place every time. it is not only the same place but also the same tittle. Excel has the same title as pdf just after pdf file is saved. NO prompted for Excel to be saved.
