Open Routine with pressed Ctrl-Key as offline

It would be usefully to have a possibility to open a routine automaticaly in offline mode while user is pressing the Ctrl key and is selecting the file in open dialog or/and in menue File->Historie.

A note about that. This functionality is similar with known behavior used by some Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel or Access. There you can open a document with pressed shift key and no macro or VBA-Code will start with this.

To demonstrate this idea, take a look to this image with file open dialog:


Here I will select a routine and before click I will press the shift key (or what ever will be fine, I propose the shift key) and after click of the entry the routine should be opened in offline mode. I hope this example should be more plausible. This should spare additional 'file open' dialog.
