Call up a saved MSE group in Auto feature dialog

Add the ability to recall a Measurement Strategy Editor group directly in a Auto Feature Dialog box.   Should result in less opening and closing of dialog boxes.

This would be especially useful in Auto Circles/ Cylinders where the pitch function is used on threaded holes.  I can imagine setting up groups designed for specific thread sizes.
