Like the topic.
In previous versions, the fast and easy way to rotate model to nearest axis was to doubleclick the mousewheel button. This no longer works in 2018 R2.
The only way is to either click the graphical views (cube) or the rotation widget.

This option is still listed in the Help Menu for 2018 R2. Just another failed feature of the 2018 R2 release.
I was looking for that actual part in the help file, but couldn't find it.
However, it does not work on the two installations I have here. With the issues I am having (see forum) I am leaning towards filing 2018 R2 into the "things that wasn't supposed to be" drawer...
I failed to mention that I am also having the same issues as you are with 2018 R2.
The development team has indicated that it was not an intentional change to remove it, but it is a bug that will be fixed soon.
Thanks, Neil.
This has been fixed and will be part of 2018R2 SP3
Thank you, this feature has been sorely missed!
After working on a program yesterday I realized how much I really missed this future.
