Help files attached to the icons. Hover over the icon and get a pop up (help?)that links you to the help files associated to the icon.

Hi Lord_Warfield,
We do already offer context sensitive help for many of the toolbar icons at least.
If you hover over a toolbar icon, wait for the small yellow tooltip to appear, you can then press F1 to access the topic that discusses it.
