Want to be able to report proper GD&T when using looping to palletize parts

We already support looping the entire routine so that it can be executed on multiple palletised parts.  We partially support looping GD&T related commands within a routine - all of the features and datums associated with the GD&T command must reside within the same loop instance as the GD&T command itself.
