Option for run program online and the same time open other windows for run offline at same time, I have programs running for 2 hours for piece, I want program offline at same time for improve the machine time

What you are asking for is the equivalent of using two separate licenses an online and offline.  Being able to use the online license offline is still a single license usage.  The core of the software is in use.  Not same as opening different documents in word for example.
If you have the need for offline programming as separate instance of the online license you should get an offline license which you can install on a separate PC away from the CMM.
