Change the "Close" menu option to "Save and Quit"

Change the "Close" menu option to "Save and Quit".

This would be much more clear in what is happening.

Also move it so it isn't next to Quit.  To many times we hit close instead of quit and it saves all the measured data in the program.  Over time this causes issues.  Especially with variables
